We dig deep into the archives this week with three 1960s classics from Australia starting with ‘Wild About You’ by The Missing Links (which The Saints famously covered on I’m Stranded). We also hear from legendary Adelaide band The Masters Apprentices and track from a shortly lived Sydney-based garage rock and r&b band The Throb.  Then brand new single from Sydney-based 6-piece Winston Surfshirt and ‘Ngurra Nyangatja (Our Home)’ by Aboriginal rock band Desert Stars which can be found on the West Australia Music Sounds Of The Goldfields compilation.  And we round out the show with tracks from three bands nominated for the Canadian Indigenous Music Awards and we introduce Vancouver-based artist willolux.
