At the top of this week’s show we feature three more bands listed on the most excellent article The History Of Australian Punk in 30 Tracks – The Black Diamonds, The Loved Ones and The Atlantics. We’re still in the 1960s with this list so plenty more bands to come!

We air a track that Melbourne-based guitar-pop outfit Twerps have contributed to the Thirty Days of Yes subscription mixtape of Australian bands. The tape was developed in response to the controversial Australian Marriage Law Postal Survey, and tape supports the LGBTQI+ community, particularly the youth community who don’t have a voice in the public debate. And lots of great new Canadian music including a track from Lisa Muswagon of Pimicikamak Cree Nation and a meticulously crafted violin piece from Respectful Child out of Saskatoon.
