* Featuring artists who are playing the 2013 Victory Square Block Party in Vancouver this weekend *

Congrats to the winners of the Gold Fields tickets!  This emerging Aussie synth-pop band is playing in Vancouver on Saturday night.   Also passing through town shortly is Melbourne-based singer-songwriter Vance Joy.  You can win tix to his 13 Sept show at the Media Club by being one of the first people to tweet to ozstranded or to email us at ozstranded@fastmail.fm

This year’s Victory Square Block Party is going to be a fantastic way to end the summer, with the weather looking sunny and a great host of bands to entertain the punters.  Today on the show we feature three of the acts playing on Sunday – Jay Arner, The Courtneys and Dead Ghosts.

Also on the show is the radio debut for blues/rock band Year Of The Wolf who are playing the Biltmore on Saturday night.  MG
